本文采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、访谈法等研究方法,对江苏省徐州市铜山区高级 中学教师体育参与现状进行了调查与研究。结果表明，目前江苏省徐州市铜山区高级中 学教师的体育人口数量偏低;体育锻炼项目呈多样化;锻炼场所以家庭、本校体育场馆为 主;时间段选择以晚饭后为主;采用个人锻炼、与家人一起锻炼以及与朋友同事一起锻炼 的体育锻炼形式;体育锻炼遇到的主要问题是工作紧、家务忙。

最后，针对存在的问题，提供有益的参考建议，包括：国家政府应该完善相关法律 与制度；社会要加强宣传力度；学校最大限度的提供良好的锻炼条件；教师自身提高自 身健身意识。
