摘要:码头作为港口的重要组成部分,使码头设计成为了港口工程中最基本也是最重要的环节之一。而厦门港海沧区散货码头由于设计年代位于上世纪,码头不仅吨位小,而且也不能与厦门的发展相适应。所以需要对原码头改建为大吨位的集装箱码头,以充分利用自然岸线和适应厦门“以港立市”的发展目标。

本次设计对厦门港海沧区自然环境进行了调查分析,其中主要有地形、地质、气象、水文等。分析结果认为本次设计地区地质条件比较好,在考虑了经济性、施工进度、工程难度等条件下,确定了重力式沉箱码头的设计方案。对地形的分析结果拟定了码头的平面布置形式,同时进行了总平面设计,确定了码头泊位数、港口水域、码头前沿设计水深、船舶制动水域和回旋水域、锚地布置、航道尺度、库场面积等。装卸工艺主要包括了工艺的流程、机械的选型、码头人员的确定,其中机械主要有岸边集装箱装卸桥、半挂车、轮胎式龙门起重机、牵引车等。其中最主要的结构设计主要是对码头承受的各种荷载进行计算最后进行不同组合验算。荷载主要有自重力、荷载引起的土压力、贮仓压力、波浪力、系缆力、面板水压力等。验算主要是对码头的抗滑、抗倾稳定性、地基的承载力和沉箱内力、配筋计算、裂缝宽度验算等。

设计最后运用绘图软件对码头的断面图、三视图、部件详图、配筋图进行绘制。

Abstract:The terminal as an important part of the port, so that the terminal design has become one of the most fundamental and important link in port engineering. The Xiamen Port Haicang District bulk cargo terminal due to the design era is located in the last century, the terminal not only tonnage is small, but also can not adapt to the development of Xiamen.So the need for the original terminal converted into a large tonnage container terminal to take full advantage of the natural coastline and to adapt to Xiamen, "Hong Kong City" development goals.

This design makes an investigation and Analysis on the natural environment of Xiamen port Haicang District, including the terrain, geological, meteorological, hydrological and geological conditions. The analysis results that the design of this area is  better,  in consideration of economy, construction schedule, engineering difficulty and other conditions, to determine the design scheme of Gravity Caisson wharf.The terrain analysis results to layout of the terminal, at the same time, the total plane design was carried out to determine the number of berths, port waters, pier frontier design water depth, ship brake waters and cyclone waters, anchorage layout, channel scale, pool area, etc.And loading and unloading process mainly includes the process flow, Mechanical selection, the terminal to determine the staff, including machinery, such as the main container loading and unloading bridge,  semi-trailer, tire gantry crane, tractor, etc .One of the most important structural design is the terminal to bear the various loads to calculate the final.The load is mainly composed of gravity, load caused by earth pressure, silo pressure, wave force, cable force, panel water pressure, etc.The checking is mainly on the dock of the anti-skid, anti-tilting stability, foundation bearing capacity and caisson internal force, reinforcement calculation, crack width check.

Finally, the drawing software is used to draw the section drawings, three views, detail drawings and reinforcement drawings of the wharf.
