摘要:血管紧张素转化酶2(angiotensin-converting enzyme 2, ACE2)是2000年首次发现的肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, RAAS)的关键性酶。研究发现,ACE2广泛参与消化系统的生理病理过程并发挥重要的作用。我们研究了ACE2在不同生长阶段猪小肠各段中的分布表达情况。研究选取3日龄仔猪、90日龄生长猪和120日龄成年猪的十二指肠、空肠和回肠组织,采用反转录PCR(reverse transcription-PCR, RT-PCR)和荧光定量PCR(Real-time PCR)技术对各肠段组织中ACE2基因分别进行了定性和定量分析。结果显示ACE2基因在不同日龄猪小肠各段均有表达,相对表达量随日龄增长显著升高,120日龄猪表达量极显著上调。结果提示:ACE2在成年猪肠道组织中表达水平较高。26582 毕业论文关键词:ACE2;猪;小肠;表达
Different expression of angiotensin converting enzyme 2 in the intestinal tissues of different growth stage pigs
Abstract: Angiotensin-conversion enzyme 2(ACE2)is the key enzyme in renin-angiotensin system(RAS), which was first discovered in 2000. ACE2 is widely involved and plays an important role in the physiological or pathological processes of digestive system. In this study, the mRNA expression levels of ACE2 were investigated in intestinal tissues of pigs at different ages. The 3, 90 and 120 day-old pigs were selected and the duodenums, jejunums and colons were excised. The ACE2 gene was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed with reverse transcription-PCR(RT-PCR)and Real-time PCR. The result showed that ACE2 was expressed in each segment of the intestines in all the pigs. And the expression levels of ACE2 gene were significantly elevated at day 120, compared to day 3 and day 90. The result suggests that ACE2 has a higher intestinal expression in adult pigs.
