随着国家新能源汽车推广补助政策的广泛实施,越来越多的城市公交线路将原有的燃油车辆更新为电动车辆。但电动公交车辆续驶里程较短、充换电设施布局不 足的现状给电动公交车辆调度提出了不小的挑战。本论文将选取南京市某一条电动 公交线路为案例,通过对目前调度方案现状进行调查和影响因素系统分析的基础 上,结合电动公交车的充放电特性、充电模式和公交调度之间的关系,建立电动公 交车辆的优化调度模型。通过对电动公交调度的充放电策略进行定性优化和运用排 队论的相关知识对其充电时间进行定量求解,以电动公交车辆的上线率及电能利用 率为评价指标,与原来的电动公交调度方案现状做对比分析,对新型电动公交车辆75529
调度优化模型一定的适用性做科学评估。
Title The status of scheduling and optimization scheme in the new electric bus
Abstract With the national new energy policy widely carried out,more and more urban bus lines has been updated to the electric bus from original fuel vehicles。However, electric bus scheduling was been maken no small challenge for the current situation of the short distance of the electric bus and inadequate layout of the charging station facilities。 An electric bus line in Nanjing city was selected as a case in this paper, on the basis of system analysis of the status of electric bus scheduling and influencing factors, and then the optimal scheduling mode of electric bus was established with the relevance of the charged and discharged characteristics of electric bus,charging mode and bus dispatching。 Through the charged and discharged strategy of electric bus was carried out by queuing theory and charging time was solved quantitatively , the present condition of the original electric bus scheduling scheme was been down contrast analysis and then certain applicability of the optimal scheduling mode of electric bus was made a scientific evaluation on the line rate of electric bus and the utilization rate of electrical energy。
