摘要近年来，中国的保险市场是越来越开放的，而这也就伴随着中国保险市场的竞争压力越来越大，同时我们传统的承保业务的收益也在逐年减少甚至于变成了亏损状态。在这种情况下，资金运用就变成了我国保险公司获取利润的重要来源。本文一开始对保险资金进入资本市场的运作模式以及保险资金的特征进行了综合概括，又收集近期保险资金举牌我国各大上市公司的案例，通过样本数据的描述性分析以及举牌前后的平均超额收益率和累计超额收益率变动等的T检验，比较说明险资入市对股票的短期收益率有积极的影响，同时对被举牌公司的经营绩效也有正面的效应，并对当前险资入市的公司的特点进行归纳分析以及分析险资入市的原因，提出险资运作的相关建议。82845
